HER Level 1

HER Level 1 is all about building confidence in your body and movement. If you're new to Reformer Pilates, this class provides a supportive and empowering environment to begin your journey. Focused on foundational movements, proper technique, and a sense of accomplishment, Level 1 offers the perfect introduction to Pilates. As you develop strength, mobility, and awareness in your body, our instructors will guide you every step of the way. This is a judgment-free zone where every milestone is celebrated, and you'll leave feeling proud of your progress.

Ideal for: Beginners or those returning to movement, ready to build a strong foundation and increase confidence.

HER Level 2

Ready to take your practice to the next level? HER Level 2 challenges you to move beyond the basics with dynamic movements and fluid flows. The focus here is on pushing your limits while maintaining a deep mind-body connection. The energy is contagious as we work to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility with every rep. As we introduce props and more advanced sequences, you’ll be amazed at how far you’ve come. This class is about growth — challenging yourself, rising together, and embracing progress.

HER Generations

HER Generations is a Reformer Pilates class designed for women 60+

A welcoming space to honor your journey and reconnect with your body. Gentle yet effective, each session supports joint health, builds core strength, improves posture, and boosts vitality, all at your own pace. More than a class, it’s a community that celebrates the wisdom, resilience, and power of every woman, helping you move with confidence, energy, and joy.

HER Stretch & Release

HER Stretch & Release is your sacred time to unwind, recover, and reconnect with your body.
